Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and must be present for the entire stay.
  • That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to them. No exceptions will be granted.

Property Access

  • Rental includes access to the 2.5 acre pool area with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, adults-only pool, and kiddie pools. In cooler months, at least one outdoor pool is typically heated.
  • Access to the onsite fitness center (Beach Fit) is included.
  • Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to guests.

  • No pets allowed. Motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, RVs, smoking, and pets are not permitted.
